Office Manager – permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (based Westwood College)

This is a new position offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a hardworking individual seeking to develop their career.  Previous experience in administration with strong financial acumen and HR awareness is essential to this role as is the ability to effectively manage a team of staff.

As well as undertaking complex financial processes, you will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and processes to improve the smooth running of the administration function.  With enthusiasm and a decisive approach, you will ensure your team delivers a first class professional service to the school community.  To succeed you will need to be self-motivated with strong communication and time management skills whilst being proactive and approachable.

Candidates must have NVQ 3 Business and Administration or an equivalent qualification or experience.
