From Monday 15th March, following completion of their Lateral Flow Tests in school, students will be issued with testing kits to be completed at home. These kits will include full guidance on how they need to be used. Having been supervised in completing two tests in school, students should be capable of administering these themselves, although some guidance will be helpful. Once completed, the test result should be reported to the NHS, as per the instructions in the kit. Students will also need to report their result to school using their school email address, with the following link:
Students should complete two tests per week. We would request that tests are taken and reported on a Sunday (ideally in the afternoon or evening) and on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Each kit contains 3 tests; students will be issued with further test kits as we move through the term.
