Covid case rates in Leek are some of the highest in the West Midlands. There have been more than 100 cases in the town in the last couple of weeks, mainly among school age children and younger adults. Residents are clearly taking this outbreak seriously, and we have seen a fantastic response to testing and vaccination so far.
