Westwood College and Leek High School are under new leadership and entering an exciting phase of improvement and development. We are pleased to invite applications from internal candidates for the position of School Leadership Administration Assistant. This is a valuable opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team and contributing to the smooth, effective running of both schools. Personal attributes

This key administrative role provides confidential, high‑quality support to the Head of School, Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body at both Westwood College and Leek High School. Responsibilities include diary management, organising meetings and documentation, maintaining essential safeguarding and data protection records, and coordinating the school’s marketing and external communications.

The role also involves clerking meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, producing leadership documentation, supporting significant school events and acting as a central point of contact for governors, external agencies and media enquiries. Professionalism, organisation and attention to detail are essential in ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations and supporting the wider success of our school community.
